When can I find Posh™?
Posh™ is a mid to late season variety, harvested in late March to April and available in market June through September.

Posh™ looks fabulous in your fruit bowl, and is best enjoyed sliced and shared with friends or family to savour the delicate texture.
At the Core
Posh™ is one of the latest varieties to be developed out of New Zealand’s Plant & Food Research project. The objective while developing Posh™ (Prem003) was to capture the beloved Honeycrisp texture, while creating a more beautiful red exterior and reducing some of the quality challenges. Honeycrisp and Sciros were combined, resulting in a stunning round red apple with the classic Honeycrisp texture.

Grown in rich New Zealand soils, sustained with pure water and kissed by the sun, Posh™ packs a nutritious punch, high in vitamins and antioxidants. Posh™ will help you feel fuller for longer, because of the amount and type of fibre.
Storage Tips
While sunlight is an integral ingredient in growing our fruit, it is not wanted to keep them fresh. Store your apples in the coldest part of your fridge around one or two degrees Celsius (35 degrees Fahrenheit). If storing an entire box, keep in a cool, dark place.
