Storage Tips
Like apples, Belle de Jumet pears should be stored in your fridge at around one or two degrees Celsius (35 degrees Fahrenheit) or even lower if possible. Pears need to ripen at room temperature, so if they’re not ready to eat when you buy them, leave on the counter out of direct sunlight until they start to yield to the touch.
