DID YOU KNOW?
Ruby Star is a derivative variety of Braeburn apple that was born and bred in 1952 in Motueka – New Zealand, within 10 km of our orchards. This has all the characteristics of a classic Braeburn – sweet tangy taste, crisp texture and good storability – with the shine of its full dark red colour.
